At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to love your new solid wood pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original boxes with all hardware and protective materials included.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a carrier pickup for larger freight items.
